About our shipping policies

We employ different delivery companies for different countries, and shipping time will vary depending on the destination. We will disclose both company and estimated shipping time during checkout. Pre-orders will be shipped during January 2019.

Avery Milton offers free shipment on all our products to buyers to the countries that can be selected when choosing the shipping address. The buyer bears the responsibility for the correct input of the delivery address; in case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order due to an error in the delivery address made by the buyer, Avery Milton cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment.

All prices on Avery Milton's website, www.averymilton.com is including VAT. In case an order is sent to an address outside of the EU, you may be liable for import duties and other taxes. Avery Milton has no control and takes no responsibility for these fees as it differs from country to country. Avery Milton recommends that you contact the Customs Office in the country where you live for further information.

All Avery Milton watch orders are shipped from Sweden and are shipped worldwide.

Returns

Avery Milton accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days from receiving the product if it should be damaged in arrival. If you are not happy with your product, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered goods by contacting Avery Milton not later than 14 days from receiving the goods.

Buyer bears the costs of returning his/her order. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. For a return within the 14 days trial period - which starts after the buyer received the order - no prior contact with Avery Milton is needed. Avery Milton strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer. Returned product(s) must not be damaged or in worn condition.
