How do I know if an additional strap fits my watch?
All our watch straps are interchangeable and designed specifically for our watch series. Example: The straps that you will be able to use for our Como 40mm series are straps that are made to fit a lug width of 20 mm. If you purchase a watch with 36mm you will need to use a strap with a width of 18mm. Please check that the lug width specification of the watch and the strap are the same size. How do I change the size of my strap?
Each watch has a quick-release springbar and is interchangeable.

What type of movements  are use in the watches?
Avery Milton only use movements that are Swiss Made. We do not use Swiss Parts movements. For more information about each watch, please read the specifications on each product profile.

What type of leather do you use on your straps? Is it animal leather?
Avery Milton only use vegetable-tanned leather, made in Tuscany, Italy. The guarantee label “Pelle Conciata al Vegetale in Toscana” (Tuscan Vegetable Tanned Leather) on all our leather products certifies and guarantees the product’s origin, as well as a proper handling of the tanning process and the natural characteristics of the organic vegetable-tanned leather.

No animal is killed for its skin. On the contrary, the raw hides used by the tannery are discarded by-products of the food industry producing meat for human consumption. Huge investments have been made by the tanneries we collaborate with in depuration systems and waste recycling. They work in full respect of man and the environment to create an honest and pure leather product, both environmentally and aesthetically because of its natural organic state.

Many of the substances used during the tanning process are recovered, recycled and reused in different fields. Hair removed from raw hides is transformed into agricultural fertilizer; sludge produced by the depuration plants is reused in the construction field to make bricks.

Our leather does not contain any toxic substance harmful to man such as azo-dyes, nickel, PCP or chrome VI and is highly tolerable for those who suffer from metal related allergies. With a purchase of a watch or an additional leather strap Avery Milton provides an elegantly scripted certificate of warranty. Each leather product is numbered.

Can I get my watch repaired or serviced anywhere?
We do not collaborate with a specific watchmaker regarding watch reparations or service. Please first check if your watch is covered under our warranty terms and conditions. Contact thereafter our Customer Service for more information.

How do I track my order?
When we ship your order we will e-mail you a tracking number. Here you can check the current status of your shipment. Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of being registered. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us here.

Which countries do you ship to?
Avery Milton ships worldwide free of charge.

How do I change shipping address after placing an order?
In order to change the shipping address after placing an order please contact our support – hello@averymilton.com stating your order number, name and new delivery address. Our support will respond to you with a confirmation within 48 hours.

Are all the products on the website in stock?
All products of our collection that are on the website are in stock. If it is not in stock, “Out of stock” will be shown on that specific product.

What happens if i get the wrong product or if the watch doesn’t fit me?

When do I receive my order?
We always do our best to ship your order within 24 hours. If you have not received your order within 7 business days (Mon-Fri) we kindly ask you to contact Avery Milton’s support team at hello@averymilton.com for further information.

Has my order been processed?

How do I cancel an order?
Please contact our Customer Service team if you would like to cancel your order, this must be done within 1 hour of placing the order. Any orders within the 1 hour window that have not yet been despatched we shall endeavour to cancel and refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Can I exchange an item?
We do not exchange items but you can make a return and make a new order. We will only refund items which are sent back to us in their original condition.
